IMPORTANT

This is currently a small studio on the upper level. Rent for the small studio is $850/month including heat, air conditioning, hot water and electricity.

We expect that around October 2023 the studio apartment will be moved into a much larger space on the lower level.

Rent for the new larger studio will be $1,250 per month plus utilities.

Once the new studio is finished and inspected, the tenant in the small studio will have the option to either:

(1) move-into the new larger studio and pay the higher rent and utilities; or

(2) move out of the building (there will not be an option to continue living in the small studio).

Current status: A building permit has been issued, but the move is pending completion and the Building Department’s inspection of the work.

Great Location

  • 65 S. Chestnut St.
  • 2 blocks to SUNY New Paltz
  • 0.3 miles to Main Street

The entrance is on the left-hand (south) side of the upper level, up five exterior steps

The Building

This is a legal studio apartment in a 2-family building that was vacant for years and is being renovated (studio renovation will be complete at move-in)

  • Sidewalks, street lights and crosswalks (to campus & main street)
